Design From a Distance
You do not need to live in Michigan for Rusao Designs to create the space of your dreams. With information gathered from you at the beginning of the process a custom made design will be shipped to your location. Design From a Distance is a process that takes some time, and your design should be expected about a month after payment and information is provided. Space Planning
You may have everything you need to create a great space already, but not the "eye" to do it. With some simple information we can create the space you want with what you already have. The service includes floor plans, layout options, and elevations for your new space, with careful attention to detail.
-$40 an hour for space planning. Final drawings will be provided in either digital or a printed format.*
*3D models of the space can be included for an additional charge.
Design Consultation
Sometimes a design is all you need for your space to get going in the right direction. Consultation can include preliminary design ideas, meeting with vendors, visiting to showrooms, or help with color selection. We can help you bring your designs to life with the use of the local design industry and work within your budget.
-$30 an hour for design consultations. Additional costs may be included for travel if necessary.

The complete interior design package includes design consultation, space planning, as well as all of the working drawings and design implementation. We will be there for you from the conceptual design beginning until the very end when your space is finished.
-$500 retainer is required for residential interior design packages. Retainer for commercial projects is dependent upon the size of the project. Design services are billed at a rate of $50 an hour.
